Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our products are built to order for your home, so the honest line is a simple one: before we start building, your deposit comes back; once fabrication starts, the build is yours. Here is how that works in practice.

Cooling-off period
If you change your mind within 3 business days of paying your deposit, tell us and we will refund it in full — no questions, no fee.
Before production begins
Your deposit remains refundable up until production begins on your custom order. Production does not start until after we have measured and you have confirmed the final price, so there is always a window to step back. Cancel any time in that window and we refund your deposit.
Once production begins
Each awning and screen is fabricated to your measurements and configuration — it cannot go back on a shelf or be resold as-is. Once fabrication of your order has begun, the deposit is no longer refundable, and made-to-order goods cannot be returned once fabricated. We will always tell you before production starts.
How to cancel or request a refund

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.
Defects and workmanship
A defect is not a refund matter — it is a warranty matter, and we fix it. If something is wrong with how your product was built or installed, it is covered as described in our warranty. Contact us and we will make it right.
